Tsomides Associates Architects Planners has been selected by Welltower, Inc., a national provider of Real Estate capital for senior living developers & operators throughout the United States; the HYM Investment Group and Finegold Alexander Executive Architects, both of Boston, to conduct a Peer Review of the proposed new The Newbury of Brookline Senior Living Retirement Community in the Fisher Hill neighborhood of Brookline, MA, designed by renowned Architect Robert A.M. Stern of NYC for the Kisco Signature Community of Carlsbad, CA.

The 200,000 sq. ft. community includes 75 Independent Living Apartments, 38 Assisted Living Residences, and a 40-Unit Memory Care Unit, all supported by extensive common activity spaces.
