PROJECT MANAGER / ASSISTANT PROJECT ARCHITECT
Matt has worked on a number of senior living projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents, Construction Administration and Project Closeout. In addition to his design and construction documentation knowledge, he excels in computer aided design, digital modeling, rendering, and a variety of editing programs. He is able to effectively communicate design concepts to our clients through architectural renderings and other presentation drawings. Having worked for Tsomides Associates for five years, his knowledge of Senior Housing and Health Care requirements has grown exponentially, which includes his thoroughness and attention to detail. Matt also contributes to our Marketing efforts and has collaborated on numerous design submissions and publications as well as co-hosting our Exhibition at the Leading Age Massachusetts Annual Exhibition & Conferences. Matt completed his architectural bachelor degree at The Boston Architectural College in Boston, MA after his studies at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
Since joining Tsomides Associates, Matt has been instrumental in the completion of design, construction documents, and construction administration for the Mount St. Rita Health and Rehabilitation Centre for the Sisters of Mercy, Cumberland, RI, a 98-Bed Skilled Nursing Care Facility; Carleton-Willard Village Retirement Community, Bedford, MA New Village Activities Centre & Bistro Building and Construction Drawings and Specifications for the proposed new Arlington Court Clustered Senior Housing Facility; and 140-Custom ILU Resident Unit Plans for the Hillside Village Continuing Care Retirement Community, Keene, NH.
